Trash to Treasure Festival celebrated

The Trash to Treasure Festival in Greyton is being held on 20 April. This is the second year that the festival will be held. It’s organised by the NGO, Greyton Transition Town.

The festival takes place at the local dumping site and newly established Green Park. The festival aims to highlight important matters, such as pollution and waste, and the area’s rehabilitation efforts. It includes music performances, talks, workshops and a Transition Business Showcase and night market.
